 12月26日至12月30日,2024年《国家污染防治技术指导目录(鼓励类)》(公示稿)公示。
 
  相较此前的2024年《国家污染防治技术指导目录(鼓励类)》(征求意见稿),从19项变更为了16项。
 
  对比如下:
 
  被删除的水泥窑烟气催化复合脱硫技术——
 
  在水泥生料中掺混加入V/Ti类催化剂、钙基吸收剂和矿化剂,将预热分解炉烟气中SO2催化氧化为SO3,并与生料反应生成CaSO4;同时在连接风管处喷入雾化后脱硫水剂吸收剩余SO3生成H2 SO4液滴,吸附在生料颗粒表面并快速生成CaSO4。脱硫产物经气固分离后随生料进入回转窑,CaSO4与SiO2、Al2 O3反应生成更稳定的硅铝酸钙后随熟料排出窑外,实现生产过程协同烟气脱硫。
 
  当SO2浓度≤1000mg/m3时,出口烟气SO2浓度≤35mg/m3。
 
  脱硫设施建设成本低,运行适应性好,无新增废水和废渣。
 
  被删除的等离子体耦合喷淋洗涤恶臭治理技术——
 
  利用高压放电产生的高浓度低温等离子体,降解废气中部分恶臭组分,残留臭氧和污染物通过喷淋洗涤去除。
 
  以某除臭工程为例,治理前臭气浓度1738~2344(无量纲),治理后臭气浓度132~174(无量纲)。
 
  等离子体浓度高,除臭效果好,占地面积小。
 
  被删除的微克级工业烟尘过滤材料和装备——
 
  以线隙孔为主的聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜作为滤材,制备过滤组件及配套装备,用于含铅等重金属烟气治理。
 
  出口烟气颗粒物浓度2ug/m3~50ug/m3。
 
  细颗粒物去除效率高;占地面积小。
