昨日，进入茅口水厂三期工程项目现场，一片繁忙而有序的景象映入眼帘，工艺流程调试阶段正在紧锣密鼓地进行着，各个环节都在有序推进。目前，该项目已完成土建和设备安装，正在进行通水调试，为正式供水做最后的准备工作。
茅口水厂三期工程项目是我市重大民生工程，毗邻新浦大道、月牙岛湿地公园。该项目由中建安装上海公司承建，总投资约5亿元，总规模为饮用水深度处理30万吨/天，采用预处理+常规处理+深度处理（臭氧+活性炭）+污泥处理等工艺。项目于2023年11月开工。截至目前，项目土建主体结构完成100%，设备采购完成100%，设备安装已进入扫尾阶段，正在开展工艺流程调试。
折板反应沉淀池正在进水调试，清澈的水流沿着特定通道潺潺流入，在折板间激起阵阵水花，不断地冲击、碰撞、回旋，涌起的泡沫在水流的带动下，逐渐汇聚、凝结，为后续的沉淀做好充分准备。综合加药间内，工作人员身着整齐的工作服，全神贯注地盯着各种仪表、设备。随着控制面板上指示灯的闪烁，一台台加药泵开始运转，洁白的药剂粉末从储存罐中被缓缓带出，精准地落入搅拌装置中，快速与定量的水混合形成均匀的药液，为净化水质发挥着关键作用。
为保障项目施工品质，项目团队对用于水处理的设备及材料进行重点保护，并根据实际安装位置，就近规划材料堆场以节约转运时间，避免二次转运导致材料设备受损。“炭砂组合滤池作为全厂水处理的关键环节，其附属构件布气布水管排布精度要求高，团队安排专人监管，对近2500根管道逐一调试。”中建安装上海公司项目现场负责人表示，为确保投用后净水质效，项目团队在施工过程中竭尽全力，保障“安全水”流进千家万户。
此外，为不影响居民日常生活，项目团队采取错峰施工、优先使用低噪音机具等方式，同时进行裸土覆盖、洒水抑尘，着力打造绿色施工环境，并将混凝土、砖块等土石方类废弃建筑材料回收再利用帮助附近居民修缮道路，项目的建设也得到了周边居民的大力配合。
项目建成后，连同海州水厂和第三水厂供水系统，将高标准、高质量饮用水源源不断地输送到千家万户，为全市经济社会发展提供有力支撑，对于满足城市居民高品质饮用水需求、推动我市高质量发展具有重要意义。
