大连西岗“手把手”指导企业规范使用活性炭

为提高辖区零散汽修行业挥发性有机物活性炭治理工艺的科学性、针对性和有效性，近日，大连市西岗生态环境分局（以下简称“西岗分局”）分管负责人带队前往大连鼎盛源汽车维修保养服务中心开展废气处理工艺活性炭使用指导帮扶工作，向企业负责人现场发放《大连市西岗区汽修行业废气处理工艺活性炭使用指导手册（试行）》（以下简称《手册》），帮助企业解决活性炭使用过程中遇到的难题。
在查阅了大量相关法律法规和参考资料，并征求相关专家的意见后，西岗分局结合辖区零散汽修行业治理工作现状编写、制定《手册》。围绕活性炭吸附工艺原理，《手册》详细介绍了活性炭的选择、运输、储存、填装、更换以及废弃活性炭的处理等方面的使用要点和注意事项，让企业对活性炭的选取方式及更换周期等重点关注问题能够一目了然、一学便会。《手册》中还附有“汽修行业废气治理设施检查记录表”和“活性炭更换台账记录表”等模板，便于企业做好台账管理，落实环保主体责任，夯实污染治理基础。
通过《手册》的发放，进一步明确了汽修行业活性炭使用管理要求及使用要点。企业负责人表示，《手册》中的内容直观、易懂、全面、实用，不仅能帮助员工们深入了解活性炭使用的基本原理与知识，还能帮助企业规避在活性炭选择、采购等环节的一些风险。“感谢西岗分局送来的《手册》，这样一来我们用起活性炭就更得心应手了！”企业负责人由衷地赞叹道。
《手册》编制完成以来，西岗分局对辖区20家涉喷、烤漆汽修行业企业进行了现场帮扶指导全覆盖，针对发现的个别问题督促立行立改，指导企业进一步规范使用活性炭。
下一步，西岗分局将持续做好辖区零散汽修行业废气处理工艺活性炭使用的指导帮扶工作，在辖区全面推广学习、使用《手册》，规范汽修行业的活性炭全过程使用，提高其挥发性有机物治理能力以及精细化管理水平，助力辖区小微企业高质量发展。
