广东多举措保障春运及春节假期交通运输行业安全稳定

中新网广州1月7日电 (记者 王坚)据广东省应急管理厅7日消息称，《广东省交通运输行业春运及春节假期安全生产重大风险隐患排查整治暨自然灾害隐患排查整治专项行动实施方案》(下称《实施方案》)已印发，自2025年1月初至2月底，组织开展全省交通运输行业春运及春节假期安全生产重大风险隐患排查整治暨自然灾害隐患排查整治专项行动，多措并举保障春运及春节假期交通运输行业安全稳定。
广东省应急管理厅介绍，此次专项行动聚焦道路运输、城市客运及运营铁路、水路运输、港口营运、公路运营、公路水运及省管铁路工程建设、极端恶劣天气及自然灾害风险防范等重点领域，全面排查整治重大风险隐患。
其中，道路运输方面，重点检查省际客运班车、包车、危险货物运输车辆等碰撞风险、车辆技术状况、运输企业主要负责人和驾驶员安全培训教育等。城市客运及运营铁路方面，关注城市公共汽电车火灾、大客流踩踏、临崖临水路段通行等风险，检查城市轨道交通运营保护区风险辨识和隐患排查整治、运营铁路沿线安全环境治理及森林防火等安全管理情况。极端恶劣天气及自然灾害风险防范方面，检查运输工具、交通基础设施等防抗措施，应急预案演练和值班值守等落实情况。
《实施方案》要求，为确保专项行动取得实效，各有关部门要迅速成立工作专班，健全基础信息台账，全面建立隐患清单，结合“万名专家下基层服务帮扶促安全”行动，建立完善专家参与隐患排查、安全检查、指导帮扶等工作机制，切实发挥专家帮扶作用，同时强化隐患排查整治，严格落实安全责任，全力推动各地各领域举一反三、抓早抓小、源头防控，坚决防范和遏制重大事故灾害发生，全力稳控安全形势，为春运、春节假期及一季度交通运输行业安全稳定保驾护航。(完)
