近日，臭氧－活性炭（下称BAC）中试基地在南宁建宁水务集团下属子公司广西绿城水务股份有限公司（以下简称“绿城水务”）的河南水厂内搭建完成。该中试基地处理规模达96立方米／日，为目前广西区内最大规模的BAC中试基地。
绿城水务联合中国科学院生态环境研究中心、广西民族大学共同推进“臭氧生物活性炭工艺运行效能优化及应用示范”项目，旨在为公司新建的石埠水厂、五象水厂等采用臭氧生物活性炭深度处理工艺的水厂，提供充分的试验数据与丰富的实践经验，确保该深度处理工艺的安全稳定运行，为人民群众提供更加优质、安全的饮用水。
BAC中试基地作为该项目的重要承载平台，以模拟南宁市大型自来水厂BAC的运行工况，重点研究BAC工艺的污染物去除效率、挂膜状况、碘值衰减、碳的强度变化以及Q3投加量等关键参数。该中试系统由水箱、臭氧柱、活性炭柱、臭氧发生器、臭氧破坏装置等核心设备构成，其中主塔体全部采用高品质的316L不锈钢材料制造。系统在各阶段均配备了取炭装置，便于观察活性炭的挂膜及强度变化情况。同时，还设置了分层取样装置，确保整个中试过程科学严谨、操作便捷。
