新加坡公用事业局访问中国深圳 聚焦水务发展成果

新加坡公用事业局(PUB)代表团(下称“代表团”)7日访深圳，前往深圳环境水务集团参观交流，打卡五指耙水厂、荷坳水厂和洪湖水质净化厂，深入了解深圳水务发展动态，双方将在智慧水务管理、绿色低碳技术应用、水资源综合利用等多个关键领域达成深度合作。
其中，作为深圳西部片区的主力水厂，五指耙水厂设计规模达30万吨/日，服务片区约70万人口，采用常规处理+臭氧生物活性炭深度处理工艺，是宝安区首座深度处理及智慧水厂。该厂先进的智慧化运营体系与生产工艺流程引得代表团频频点赞。
而在深圳龙岗，代表团解码了一座运行30多年的老水厂是如何蝶变成“绿电工厂”的。
荷坳水厂始建于1990年，设计供水规模为4万吨/日，服务园山街道近12万人的生产生活用水。经工艺升级、绿色转型和数字管控三方面改造，荷坳水厂已化身全球首座“水光储”近零碳水厂，约22%的用电可以自我供给。
“太高效了！”由龙岗水务集团研发的智能化验室受到代表团的极力夸赞。该设备运用大数据和人工智能技术，能实现60分钟内全自动检出26项日常水质指标。与传统化验室相比，智能化验室检测效率提升75%、能耗降低86%、废液排放量减少60%、占地面积节约80%以上。
离开荷坳水厂，代表团来到一座藏在公园下的隐形“净水先锋”——洪湖水质净化厂。该厂位于洪湖公园西北角，占地约3.24公顷，总处理规模为10万吨/日，肩负着罗湖区笋岗、清水河等片区的污水处理重任，是全国首座5G覆盖全地下式水质净化厂。
