工业园区周边工厂异味和粉尘弥漫

“遂川县砂子岭龙泉世纪城周边工厂存在异味弥漫现象和粉尘问题。”近日，网友在大江网《问政江西》上发帖反映遂川县砂子岭工业园区周边环境污染问题。
对此，吉安市遂川生态环境局回应，已要求企业限期整改，责令企业加密活性炭更换频次，更换优质沥青油，并对重点企业实施24小时不间断监管。
工厂晚上排放异味气体，白天粉尘扰民
据网友反映，吉安市遂川县砂子岭工业园区龙泉世纪城周边有工厂经常偷排有异味的气体，特别是晚上，刺鼻的气味更明显。而白天因有竹制品加工厂作业导致粉尘漫天飞舞，周边群众不敢开窗。居民本想晚上开窗透气，却又因工厂排放的异味气体导致无法开窗，对周边居民生活影响较大。
网友介绍，附近居民已多次反映相关问题，但是问题仍旧存在，希望职能部门严查相关企业。
异味来自沥青，粉尘来自竹加工
收到网友的反映后，吉安市遂川生态环境局回应，已立即组织工作人员对砂子岭工业园区龙泉世纪城周边企业进行实地调查。
经执法人员现场排查发现，位于砂子岭南侧的江西金路通交通材料有限公司存在异味飘散的现象。该企业主要从事沥青混凝土的生产和销售，于2021年10月22日取得遂川生态环境局环评批复，于2021年12月完成竣工环保验收。该企业主要生产废气为沥青拌合废气，配套了喷淋设施+UV光解装置+活性炭吸附装置等处理设施，设施处于运行状态，但检查发现企业吸附活性炭更换频次不足，企业外购沥青油杂质多、异味较明显。
关于竹子加工厂粉尘问题，砂子岭园区现有竹制品加工厂7家，生态环境局已督促企业完善粉尘收集设施、安装雾化喷淋。但现场检查发现部分竹制品加工厂存在厂内运输扬尘的问题。
