2月9日，在福建智辰智能农业装备有限公司的加工车间里，工人们在各自的岗位上忙着加工零件、校值、试机，一派热火朝天的繁忙景象。
作为一家集农林畜牧机械、环保机械、有机肥生产、销售和生物技术研究为一体的大型“闽台合作”智能装备制造企业，近年来，公司凭借先进的工艺和敏锐的市场嗅觉，逐步成长为全省最大的农业设备生产企业之一，病死畜禽无害化处理机、畜禽粪便罐式发酵设备等主打产品远销海内外。去年，公司共生产2万台（套）农机设备，年产值达1.1亿元。

在三明市青杉活性炭有限公司的生产车间里，3条活性炭机械化转炉生产线马力全开，24小时不间断地忙碌着，赶制今年的订单。

“去年我们超产了16.5%左右，圆满完成任务。”公司副总经理张建华介绍，今年公司连续第5年春节不停工，48名员工采取三班轮换的方式，坚守在各自的岗位上，产能发挥达100%。“新年一开始我们满负荷生产，力争产量同比增长5%以上。”
为保障坚守岗位的员工安心舒心，公司还通过组织年夜饭、落实加班补贴、发放慰问品等一系列人性化措施，让大家感受到大家庭的温暖。
