无锡去年对上争取生态环境补助资金总额全省第一

钢铁企业超低排放改造奖励1572万元，省“生态岛”试验区奖补900万元，省生态安全缓冲区项目奖补313万元……生态环境专项资金的投入，为深入打好污染防治攻坚战、改善生态环境质量起到了重要保障作用。昨悉，去年无锡市共获得中央和省生态环境补助资金11.65亿元，总额位居全省第一，较2023年增长7%。
胡埭再生水厂二期项目坐落于滨湖区胡埭镇，其核心功能在于芯片污水处理，是水资源循环利用的关键一环。“该项目采用国际最先进的再生水回用技术与零排放技术，结合独特的工艺设计，确保回用水水质达标。”相关负责人介绍，胡埭再生水厂是卓胜微产业化项目和太湖流域一级保护区建设的重要组成部分，其中二期项目获补2024年省生态环境保护专项资金约800万元。目前，水厂试运营协议已正式签署，之后还会进行一系列的技术改造和升级，以进一步提升其处理能力和水质标准。
生态文明建设也是中央财政支持的重点。随着一阵有节奏的运转声，一颗颗完整、均匀的墨黑色小圆柱从机器中“吐”了出来，这些实现“再就业”的活性炭将重新回到喷涂、压铸等工业企业，继续发挥治污攻坚的“绿剑”功能——这就是宜兴瀚绿环境科技有限公司建设的无锡首座活性炭再生中心。它采用目前国内稳定运行的回转窑再生工艺，使废活性炭走上“重生之路”。“项目全面投运后，年处置废活性炭可达5000吨，大力助推无锡‘无废城市’建设。”宜兴市官林镇有关人员表示，镇里提前介入并主动服务项目落地生根，全力以赴争取中央大气污染防治专项资金，并于去年成功申报到330万元，在真金白银投入上切实为企业解难纾困。
向上级要“红包”，实现生态治理“少花钱、办大事”。市生态环境局财审处人士介绍，去年无锡市累计向上申报96个项目，共获得中央污染防治专项资金1.87亿元、省级生态环境专项资金9.78亿元，总额排名全省第一。其中，省生态环境厅下达的省生态环境保护专项资金17.56亿元，无锡市共获补1.97亿元，获补资金数全省第二，占比11.23%。“随着生态环保领域集聚的资金规模逐年增长，产生的环境效益也愈加明显。”该人士表示，今后将进一步提高对上争取资金成功率，为打好蓝天、碧水、净土“保卫战”添砖加瓦。
