康恒环境落子伊拉克，越南市场连续释放，海外垃圾焚烧市场新开局！

从人民网获悉，2025年1月，伊拉克国家投资委员会宣布，将伊拉克巴格达垃圾发电厂以DBOO模式(设计-建造-拥有-运营)授予康恒环境。
康恒环境成为首个进入伊拉克垃圾焚烧发电市场的中企，该项目也是伊拉克首座垃圾焚烧发电项目。据了解，该项目位于伊拉克首都巴格达东南部，设计规模每天处理3000吨垃圾，发电能力100兆瓦，总投资额约5亿美元。
康恒环境落子伊拉克，进一步拓宽了海外垃圾焚烧发电市场，让原本聚焦东南亚等国家的中企有了探索新地域的可能。而另一边——东南亚市场则迎来新年新开局。
日前，越南工贸部在落实第八电力规划实施计划及调整第八电力规划会议上表示，支持地方投资建设垃圾发电站，第八电力规划的垃圾发电规模为2200兆瓦。其中越南工贸部更新的可再生能源项目清单将补充各地提出的34个总功率为621.1兆瓦的垃圾发电项目。
这也就意味着，越南将34个垃圾焚烧发电项目提上日程，而621.1兆瓦的装机量还不足规划的2200兆瓦的三分之一。据北极星垃圾发电网统计，光大环境、中国天楹在越南已有在运行的垃圾焚烧发电项目。
2024年7月，由康恒环境与越南BCG集团共同投资的越南胡志明市垃圾焚烧发电项目举行奠基仪式；8月，旺能环境在越南成立办事处；?10月，中国天楹就越南兴安省垃圾焚烧发电项目与越南辉英环保公司达成合作。
可以预见，2025年，越南市场将成为一块“香饽饽”，吸引众多国内垃圾焚烧工程商、设备商、服务商大举进军。
