河北省生态环境厅最新消息：经省委、省政府批准，省生态环境保护督察工作领导小组办公室组建2个省级生态环境保护督察组(以下简称督察组)，于3月10日至4月3日分别对石家庄市、邢台市开展第三轮第四批省级生态环境保护例行督察。
督察组坚持以人民为中心，坚持服务大局，坚持系统观念，坚持问题导向和严的基调，坚持精准科学依法。围绕深入打好污染防治攻坚战和加快推动绿色低碳发展相关要求，重点督察市级党委、政府学习贯彻习近平生态文明思想情况，贯彻落实党中央、国务院和省委、省政府生态环境保护决策部署情况;市直有关部门生态环境保护责任落实和担当尽责情况，县级党委、政府生态环境保护工作推进落实情况，推动生态环境保护从治标向治本迈进，以生态环境高水平保护服务高质量发展，为加快建设经济强省、美丽河北，奋力谱写中国式现代化建设河北篇章提供保障。
督察重点关注习近平生态文明思想和习近平总书记关于生态环境保护重要指示批示贯彻落实情况;党中央、国务院生态文明建设重大决策部署和省委、省政府工作安排贯彻落实情况;加快发展方式绿色转型、推进高质量发展情况;区域重大战略实施中的突出生态环境问题;环境基础设施建设和运行情况;重大生态破坏、环境污染、生态环境风险及处理情况;人民群众反映突出的生态环境问题;中央和省级生态环境保护督察整改情况;生态环境保护“党政同责”“一岗双责”落实情况等。
督察组深刻领悟“两个确立”的决定性意义，增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，认真贯彻落实整治形式主义为基层减负的要求，严格执行《河北省生态环境保护督察和执法纪律规定》，坚决防止“一刀切”行为。进驻期间，各督察组分别设立联系电话和邮政信箱，受理被督察对象生态环境保护方面的来信来电举报。
根据工作安排，河北省第一生态环境保护督察组进驻石家庄市督察时间为25天。
