华利公司验收千吨级煤基硬炭B220产品工业示范线

2025年2月19日~2月24日，由华利公司、炭素公司、和翔公司组成的《千吨级煤基硬炭工业示范技术开发》现场工作组，赴国科炭美新材料（湖州）有限公司（简称：国科炭美），就双方合作开发的煤基硬炭B220型产品在千吨级工业示范线开展连续运行，邀请了985院校教授和煤基炭材料专家全程跟踪示范线运行情况。
验收期间，专家听取了示范线投料、操作规范、物料取样及测试等方案汇报，对生产设备、安全保障等进行了现场核查。华利公司现场工作组与国科炭美双方团队密切配合，严格执行标准化操作流程，从原料煤投放到硬炭产品包装持续运行超过72小时，产出煤基硬炭B220型产品8吨以上。生产运行期间，对中间产物和产品进行了抽检，所有指标全部达到预期。专家经过全程跟踪、听取汇报并审查相关资料，对煤基硬炭B220型产品工业示范技术出具了验收意见，认为工艺流程合理，生产运行稳定，可控性强，达到了示范线目标。截止到目前，经过客户对产品的评测后，此次所产的硬炭已经实现了向下游钠离子电池制造企业的销售。
此次煤基硬炭B220型产品工业示范技术的现场运行和验收工作，为华利公司万吨级煤基硬炭产业线建设提供了关键技术参数并积累了工程经验。下一步，将进一步优化工艺和装备，为煤基硬炭B300型产品示范技术验收奠定基础。煤基新材料分会副会长、副秘书长全程参与了现场工作。
