石嘴山市活性炭等企业牵手西安交大 多项关键技术合作赋能三大传统产业“智变”

3月11日，记者从石嘴山市科技局获悉，该市与西安交通大学开展产学研深度对接，聚焦装备制造、活性炭、冶金三大传统产业智能化升级，达成多项关键技术合作意向，为产业转型升级注入强劲动能。
3月5日至7日，石嘴山市科技局、县区科技局联合宁夏天地奔牛集团、廷远活性炭、大明化工等20余家企业代表赴西安交通大学，与该校白静、傅哲、贾立新等多个科研团队，围绕煤机装备智能化、活性炭高端化、冶金技术革新等核心领域，展开精准对接。
在探讨交流中，针对刮板输送机大块煤卡堵难题，傅哲团队提出“大块煤视觉识别技术”，依托AI算法与大数据模型，实现煤块尺寸实时监测与预警，助力开采效率提升30%以上。白静团队展示了超高分子材料在刮板输送机中部槽的创新应用，通过材料轻量化与耐磨性升级，可降低设备能耗15%，延长使用寿命。贾立新团队研发的“一体机变频控制技术”，其远程监控与自适应负载调节功能，有效破解传统设备调速滞后、故障诊断效率低等痛点，为企业降本增效提供硬核支撑。
同时，就企业“如何在严苛工况下提升设备耐磨性”等难题，西安交大材料学院的专家结合与宁夏相关公司的合作案例，提出“梯度复合材料”的解决方案。
石嘴山市科技局相关负责人表示，此次是石嘴山推动产学研深度融合的“关键一招”，未来将建立常态化对接机制，加速技术成果从实验室走向生产线。西安交大科研团队强调，将针对企业需求定制研发方案，推动“西安智慧”与“石嘴山制造”无缝衔接。
