近日，湖南石化水务部评估1区生化装置污水回用系统过滤器的活性炭填料吸附能力，延长填料使用期1年，既确保符合生产要求，还节约运行成本约30万元。
该装置污水回用系统负责处理和过滤含油污水，回用至循环水和烟气脱硫系统。过滤器的活性炭填料主要是果壳活性炭，具有较强的吸附能力，结合滤层的絮凝和筛滤作用，可去除污水中悬浮物、有机污染物，实现污水净化。
据了解，该装置活性炭过滤器填料已使用4年，原计划在今年装置大检修期间更新。运行统计显示，近一年来，该装置回用水浊度平均值为3.08NTU（浊度单位），优于设定水质指标（≤10NTU），能满足回用水水质要求。结合目前水质状况，该公司决定取消本次更新计划。
为确保活性炭填料延长使用期内生产平稳、回用水质达标，该装置加强水质监测，根据上游污水来水情况调整优化，做到均质均量排水。截至3月下旬，该装置污水回用45万余吨，回用水合格率100%。
