河口以互市贸易方式进口鲜椰子开展全国首票落地加工

近日，一批由越南南部槟椥省发出的鲜椰子抵达河口北山国际货场边民互市贸易市场，经边民核销后运往加工厂进行落地加工。这是全国首票以边民互市贸易方式进口鲜椰子开展深度落地加工，标志着红河哈尼族彝族自治州河口瑶族自治县“通道经济”向“口岸经济”转型升级发展迈出坚实步伐。
“此次椰子加工项目的投产，不仅丰富了我们公司的产品线，也提升了生产能力。我们预计该项目的年产值可达7200万元，每月加工量可达1000至1200吨。”运营鲜椰子加工项目的河口福洋农业科技开发有限公司负责人李诚介绍，椰子经过开壳、取汁、巴氏杀菌、调配、冷藏成型等一系列工序后，将加工为椰香浓郁、口感Q弹的椰子冻销往全国各地。自去年10月15日全国陆运首票从越南进口的鲜食椰子成功落地河口以来，云南自越南进口的鲜椰子数量不断增加。该鲜椰子落地加工项目的投产，预计将带动河口县边民互市贸易每年进口椰子1.2万吨以上。
河口海关口岸监管三科副科长毕然表示，河口海关将严格落实关于落地加工的商品“委托申报”“免到场查验”“直通运输”3项优惠措施，并对开展落地加工业务的企业、涉及的互助组提供“一品一策”“一企一策”的定制化服务，不断释放兴边政策红利，全力支持边民互市创新发展。
近年来，河口县充分发挥沿边、跨境区位优势，积极探索“边民互市+落地加工”模式，将区位优势转化为发展动能，推动边民互市贸易转型升级。截至目前，河口县已开展咖啡、木薯、榴莲等多个种类的边民互市进口商品落地加工，落地加工商品品类由2024年的5种增加到6种，落地加工产业效应不断显现。
