近日，镜湖区生态环境分局组织辖区内相关涉气企业和产废单位开展挥发性有机物污染防治暨危险废物规范化管理培训，进一步推进挥发性有机物治理，切实改善环境空气质量，提升危险废物规范化管理水平。
会上，分局工作人员根据辖区内企业采用的挥发性有机物处理工艺实际情况，重点介绍了活性炭吸附设施相关技术要求，并对设计风量、设备质量、气体流速、活性炭质量、填充量和更换周期等关键参数进行了详细解读，通过图片和视频生动形象地向各企业展示了优质活性炭和劣质活性炭的差别，增强了企业判别活性炭质量的能力。同时，向各企业明确更换下来的废活性炭属于危险废物，并以此延伸至培训第二部分——危险废物规范化管理。分局工作人员向各企业解读了本年度评估要求，对《危险废物规范化环境管理评估指标表》十二个评估项目进行逐条讲解，指导企业在自评估时进行查漏补缺，提升危废规范化管理水平。下一步，分局将贯彻落实“综合查一次”执法监管要求，采用线上方式指导各涉气企业按期更换活性炭，监督各产废单位按期完成危险废物规范化管理自评估工作。对于部分在工作开展中可能存在较多问题的企业，分局将严格落实邀约制度，适时进行入企帮扶。供稿：镜湖分局
