山东济宁废活性炭再生项目签约

2025年3月30日上午，山东省济宁经济技术开发区党工委书记、管委会主任刘晓林，投资促进局局长郑婷，马集镇镇长祝小辉一行莅临上海开鸿环保科技有限公司（以下简称“开鸿”），重点考察活性炭资源循环经济产业发展情况，并就山东山水开鸿新能源科技有限公司的未来合作进行深入交流。开鸿总经理马帅、副总经理杜巧英，山东山水开鸿新能源科技有限公司总经理李瑾、副总经理于海等出席座谈。
座谈会上，总经理马帅详细介绍了开鸿在活性炭资源循环经济产业的布局与创新实践。作为国内领先的活性炭全产业链服务商，开鸿以“绿色活性炭生产—使用—再生—循环利用”为核心，打造了覆盖生物质原料制备、废活性炭再生、VOCs治理及智能化运维的一体化产业模式。马帅强调，山东山水开鸿新能源科技有限公司作为开鸿的全资子公司，将依托济宁的区位与政策优势，进一步推动活性炭资源化再生利用的规模化发展，提升资源产出效率，助力循环经济产业升级。
济宁经开区领导对开鸿在活性炭资源循环利用领域的技术实力表示高度认可。刘晓林书记指出，济宁经开区正积极布局绿色循环产业，希望双方以山东山水开鸿为合作平台，在废活性炭再生、资源循环利用等领域深化协作。经开区将全力支持项目落地，推动“绿岛模式”与数字化监管技术的应用，促进产业链协同发展。
当日下午，总经理马帅受邀出席“向绿 向新 向未来”济宁标志性产业链投资合作推介会，并代表开鸿参与重点项目签约仪式。此次合作将进一步整合双方资源，共同探索活性炭再生利用技术的创新应用，推动循环经济产业链延伸，培育新质生产力。
开鸿聚焦活性炭资源循环经济领域，拥有70项专利及软著知识产权，并与上海交通大学、华东理工大学、浙江工业大学等高校开展产学研合作。公司投资建设的湖南鸿为2万吨/年废活性炭资源化再生项目即将投产，自主研发的便携式活性炭CTC值快速检测仪填补行业空白，为化工、制药、半导体等行业客户提供高效资源循环解决方案。此次交流标志着济宁经开区与开鸿在活性炭资源循环经济领域的合作迈入新阶段。未来，双方将携手推进活性炭全产业链的绿色化、智能化发展，为循环经济产业可持续发展注入新动能。
