赢特环保科技取得斜板活性炭滤水罐专利，可避免活性炭在斜滤板上沉积

2025年4月8日消息，国家知识产权局信息显示，赢特环保科技（无锡）有限公司取得一项名为“一种斜板活性炭滤水罐”的专利，授权公告号 CN 222723701 U，申请日期为2024年4月。
专利摘要显示，本实用新型公开了一种斜板活性炭滤水罐，包括罐体，罐体的顶部开设有活性炭入口，罐体的底部开设有活性炭出口和排水口，罐体内部下方设有漏斗形的滤水结构，滤水结构的底部连通活性炭出口；所述滤水结构由若干块扇形的斜滤板依次连接而成，且斜滤板斜靠在罐体内壁上，并与水平面成50~60 °夹角；所述斜滤板上设有若干水帽安装孔水帽安装孔上安装有仅能允许水通过的水帽。本实用新型中以多块斜滤板组成的滤水结构代替现有的平滤板，活性炭经水帽滤水后，在重力作用下可从斜滤板上自动滑落，可以避免活性炭在斜滤板上沉积。并且滤水结构相较于平滤板，增大了与活性炭的接触面积和水帽的数量，因此还能够缩短滤水时间，提高工作效率。
