4月11日，济南市气象台发布大风橙色预警，预报11日至13日全市将出现9至11级阵风。此次大风天气强度大、持续时间长、影响范围广，给市民生活和城市运行以及安全生产工作带来了诸多挑战。为切实保障泵站设施安全稳定运行，济南水务集团提出做好防范大风极端天气的工作要求，全面开展极端大风天气隐患排查工作。
在济南水务集团生产调度中心，智慧水务平台连接着全市水厂、市政加压站和管理二供站点，大屏幕上实时显示着全市水量、压力、水质等监测数据及各水厂运行状态。值班人员全神贯注，实时监控供水各项关键数据，一旦发现数据波动或异常，立即启动应急处置流程，确保供水设备稳定运行。
“从4月10日开始，济南水务集团相关部门的工作人员就对全市供水管道、水厂及泵站进行了‘地毯式’排查，重点加固了架空管线、户外配电设备等关键设施。”济南水务集团安全应急管理办公室主任王春光表示，接到预警后，所属各单位迅速行动，精准责任到人，从上到下严阵以待。
面对大风天气，为保障全市正常供水，济南市各水厂也已迅速展开行动。“大风天最怕出现停电情况，因此我们要确保设备本身运行正常，同时还要做好应急处置准备工作。”旅游路水厂车间主任栾宁表示，工作人员已开展配电设备检测，确保相关器材、物资、备用设备配置到位，以便在突发事件发生时能够快速处置，保证供水安全。同时，对活性炭池等设备进行巡检、重点部位加固等工作，将原本堆放在露天的维修材料已全部转入库房，空地上仅留几台被铁链拴住的应急设备。水厂已实施24小时值班值守制度，每组值班人员都配备对讲机，值班电话确保通讯24小时畅通无阻。
目前，针对可能出现的突发情况，各水厂制定了详细的应急措施。一旦设备出现故障，备用电源将快速自动切换，抢修人员将在15分钟内赶到现场进行处置。为保证水质安全，水质中心24小时在线监测系统将实时跟踪水质指标。
下一步，济南水务集团将按照‘灾前防、灾中守、灾后复’的全周期管理要求，构建起‘人防+技防+物防’的立体防线。目前，全市供水系统保持“零故障”运行，济南水务集团将守好每一滴水的安全，确保市民用水无忧。
