宁阳打响立夏 VOCs 防治攻坚行动

当阳光愈发炽热，挥发性有机物（VOCs）排放也迎来 “高发期”，对空气质量造成严峻挑战。为守护蓝天白云，泰安市生态环境局宁阳分局提前部署，启动 2025 年“立夏行动”，多管齐下开展VOCs专项治理，全力防治臭氧污染。?
一、科技“尖兵”出动，锁定污染源头
3月25日起，宁阳分局运用走航监测车、红外热成像相机等高科技设备，对宁阳化工产业园等重点区域展开高频次移动监测。这些设备宛如环境 “侦察兵”，能快速锁定空气中 VOCs 浓度高值点。一旦发现异常，执法人员会立即前往现场，对周边企业的生产状况、废气处理设施运行情况进行核查。每周至少2次的重点区域走航，让污染无处遁形。
二、治污设施 “焕新”，提升治理效能
针对部分企业活性炭吸附装置存在的活性炭长期未更换、使用劣质炭等问题，宁阳分局要求企业在4月底前集中更换过滤棉、活性炭，并建立详细的更换记录台账。此外，各企业还需按照规定开展三项检测，包括泄漏检测与修复、开式循环冷却水系统检测以及VOCs废气治理设施去除效率检测，确保治污设施稳定达标运行。
三、执法帮扶并行，共筑生态防线
5月6日起，宁阳分局组建三个检查组，会同专家深入企业开展夏季帮扶执法行动。对于自查不细、设施运行不规范等问题，责令企业立即整改，对于恶意违法排污行为，将依法严惩，绝不姑息。
