本报讯 近日，湖南石化水务部评估1区生化装置污水回用系统过滤器的活性炭填料吸附能力后，延长填料使用期1年，既确保符合生产要求，又节约运行成本。
该装置污水回用系统负责处理和过滤含油污水，过滤器的活性炭填料主要是果壳活性炭，具有较强吸附能力，可去除污水中悬浮物、有机污染物，实现污水净化。
该装置活性炭过滤器填料已使用4年，运行统计显示，回用水浊度优于设定水质指标，能满足回用水水质要求。为确保活性炭填料延长使用期内生产平稳，该装置加强水质监测，截至目前该装置回用水合格率100%。
