4月28日，云南水务公告，于2025年4月28日，卖方大理水务产业投资有限公司(公司非全资附属公司)(作为卖方)与买方(大理创新建设开发有限公司)订立交易合同，据此，卖方同意出售及买方同意收购大理第四水厂，代价为人民币8995.26万元。
基于公司战略发展及内部管理的需求，公司已决定进行出售事项。董事认为出售事项将缓解集团目前财务困难，并降低公司债务水平及资产负债率。
大理第四水厂包括卖方所持位于大理市海东上登工业园区的大理巿第四水厂及相关配套加压泵站、高位水池、清水池、土地使用权、在建工程及地上建(构)筑物类资产及设备类资产。总资产包括房屋建筑物16项，建筑面积共4,537.92平方米；构筑物及其他辅助设施共18总项(子项40项)，机器设备共289项，电子设备73项；在建工程1项(为大理第四水厂土地，面积12,638.14平方米)；土地使用权3项，面积7,607.20平方米。
第四水厂由公司投资建设，供水工程近期设计规模为1万m3/d，远期总规模为2万m3/d。第四自来水厂由取水泵站、净水厂区、加压泵站和配水管网四部分组成。现每天实际供水量在3,000方左右，供水人口约1万人左右。
