4月28日，示范区（三门峡示范区 三门峡高新区）党工委委员荆栓民主持召开年产8万吨新型吸附性活性炭项目协调会。河南瑞智新材料有限责任公司总经理毋振彬、区各相关单位负责人参加会议，共商项目前期重点工作，凝聚协同推进合力。会议围绕该项目总体规划、用地方案、施工设计、建设审批路径等核心议题展开深入研讨。听取项目负责人及设计院的专业意见后，财政局就目前的问题进行梳理，由自然资源和规划分局、投资部、建设管理部、应急救援保障中心一一提出优化建议，现场解决了项目的用地、规划、建设、安全许可证等问题。荆栓民强调，一是压实工作责任。明确责任分工及完成时限，创新举措、强化保障，为项目顺利推进奠定基础。二是加强部门联动。强化协同配合，安排专人负责跟进项目手续办理，加强沟通协作，确定时间节点，全力以赴推进项目进度。三要做好服务保障。以本次会议共识为行动指南，持续跟踪督办，聚焦企业需求，统筹做好各要素保障，推动该项目早日从“蓝图”变为“实景”。
