随着工业化进程加快，水源污染问题日益复杂，饮用水安全标准持续提高，公众对水质的要求不断提升。为应对这一挑战，曹妃甸供水公司近日成立科技创新项目小组，专题研究“臭氧-生物活性炭”深度处理工艺，以进一步提升饮用水处理效能，保障供水安全与品质。
传统水处理工艺对有机物、重金属等污染物的去除能力有限，难以满足日益严格的水质标准。而臭氧-生物活性炭技术通过“强氧化+生物吸附”协同作用，可高效降解水中有机物、氨氮等微污染物质，显著降低消毒副产物及嗅味物质的生成，从而提升出水水质，保障居民饮水健康。
据悉，曹妃甸供水公司通过对国内外同类水厂的调研分析，结合自身工艺特点，初步确定了研究重点。下一步，项目组将围绕活性炭生物膜快速培育技术、反冲洗方案优化、臭氧投加精准调控等关键环节展开深入研究，以最大限度发挥该工艺的处理效能，为水厂提质增效提供技术支撑。
