在宁夏平罗工业园区崇岗园，宁夏廷远果木能源科技有限公司生产车间里，一颗颗桃壳、杏壳在密封流水线上经历碳化、活化、破碎、筛选等多道工序，成为节能环保且附加值颇高的活性炭。日前，记者了解到，该公司以废弃果壳为原料生产出高品质活性炭，探索走出一条绿色可持续发展新路径。
“相较于过去的煤质颗粒柱状活性炭，果壳活性炭更加环保，工序精简，每月电费等成本减少了20余万元，每吨附加值提高2000余元。”廷远果木公司办公室主任田海瑞介绍，果壳活性炭很受欢迎，已有1000余吨成品发往全国各地，部分产品远销欧美及非洲、中东等多个国家和地区。
这一成绩源自该公司的母公司宁夏廷远活性炭有限公司作出的产业转型升级的决定。
几年前，平罗县有30余家从事活性炭(焦)的生产企业，总产能近50万吨，占全国煤质柱状活性炭产量的44%；出口量占全国的30%。但大多数企业集中于中低端生产领域，缺乏竞争优势，利润空间持续压缩。“当时生产1万吨煤质柱状活性炭需要用3万吨太西无烟煤，造成优质资源浪费，每年仅采购原料就达300万元。行情若不好，两个月都卖不出去货。”廷远公司技术部长张文彦说。
2022年，廷远公司前往河北、海南等地考察，遂将目光锁定在果壳活性炭上。“果壳活性炭具有精准吸附杂质和深度脱色除臭的功能，并能显著提升吸附对象的纯度与品质。”张文彦介绍。2023年，廷远公司投资3000万元在平罗成立子公司廷远果木公司，实施农副产品废弃物综合利用项目，建设我区首条年产7000吨果壳活性炭、3000吨木质活性炭生产线。平罗县积极协助企业办理相关手续，助力项目如期开工。2024年3月项目投产，目前已从周边县市采购5万吨山桃壳、杏壳作为原料，生产果壳活性炭2000吨，产值达3000万元。
“我们计划投资8500万元，建设年产2.5万吨活性炭的深加工项目。建成后可年产1万吨水洗活性炭、1万吨酸洗活性炭、5000吨催化剂。项目计划今年9月投产，预计年产值可新增2亿元，利税达2000万元。”田海瑞说。(记者 姬禹)
