华利公司牵头编制的煤基材料团体标准通过审查

5月12日，作为中国煤炭加工利用协会煤基新材料分会会长单位，华利公司牵头编制的《煤基硬炭》、《商品煤质量工业硅用煤》、《超级电容器用煤基活性炭》、《烟煤基活性炭》4项团体标准由中国煤炭加工利用协会在大同组织审查。会议邀请了来自中国煤炭科工集团、中国矿业大学（北京）、新疆大学、煤炭科学技术研究院有限公司、北京低碳清洁能源研究院、国家能源集团国能基石化工科技（上海）有限公司、天津科技大学和大同市活性炭协会等涉及煤炭、煤化工、环保及新能源等领域的专家组成审查专家组，由中国煤炭科工集团煤化工首席专家徐振刚为专家组组长。中国煤炭加工利用协会高级顾问、煤转化分会会长张鸣林出席会议。
会上，张鸣林致欢迎辞。他首先对各位与会专家、领导的到来表示衷心感谢和热烈欢迎，并介绍了中国煤炭加工利用协会团体标准工作发展历程和已发布及在研团体标准编制情况。华利公司立足国家“双碳”战略目标，以央企使命为引领，率先牵头组织的4项煤基炭材料团体标准具有典型代表性，将进一步推动稀缺煤种的高值化利用。
专家组先后听取了团体标准主编单位的汇报及质询答辩，认为4项标准的编制将为煤基材料产业高质量发展提供理论依据，对规范产业发展、提高产品质量具有指导作用，专家组一致同意通过4项团体标准审查，并分别提出具体修改意见，建议编制单位根据专家意见对标准进行修改完善后，形成报批稿上报。会议一致认为华利公司依托“国内仅有、世界罕见”的稀缺煤炭资源，通过创新煤基新材料产品体系，积极推动煤炭资源从传统“燃料”向“高值材料”跨越式转型。依托中国煤炭加工利用协会平台制定的4项团体标准，旨在凝聚行业共识，以技术创新与标准建设双轮驱动，引领产业规范化发展，实现产品高端化升级，构筑煤基材料领域绿色低碳循环发展新范式。
煤基新材料分会副会长、副秘书长参加了上述活动。
