椰子水全产业链公司IMCOCO完成亿元级Pre-A轮融资

专注中国消费领域的私募股权投资机构天图投资发布信息显示，从事椰水全产业链业务的泰国IMCOCO集团，宣布完成亿元级Pre-A轮融资。此轮融资由Insignia Ventures Partners领投，天图投资跟投，所获资金将投入泰国工厂产能扩建、ONLIFE自有品牌全球化以及中国区总部设立等关键环节。此前该企业通过自建饮料工厂与椰子水原料工厂，为零售商做定制产品，目前已为山姆、娃哈哈、周黑鸭、古井健康乃至中国国际航空公司等稳定供应原料椰水。
IMCOCO成立于2023年，总部设在泰国曼谷，业务涵盖香水椰种植、椰果跨境贸易、椰水原料研发及生产、椰子水饮料加工四大板块，目前拥有泰国唯一万吨级椰水生产基地，以及全球唯一的标准化、规模化、矩阵式的全产业链香水椰供应体系。创始团队方面，联合创始人翁翔坚曾在阿里、腾讯就职，2016年离职后加入“AI+教育”公司英语流利说，同创始团队将英语流利说带到纽交所上市，目前在海外连续创业。另一位联合创始人于涛曾是泰国椰子贸易商，在创业前是都乐、佳农等公司的上游供应商。
头部椰子水公司，大多都是轻资产运营模式，即椰子原材料、运输乃至包装交由他人代工，公司本身则通过与采购商签订长期独家供应合同，形成供应链壁垒。例如在美国市占率第一的椰子水品牌Vita Coco，在上市前旗下都并未建设椰子水相关工厂，供应链网络却遍及各个热带国家。比如今年冲击港股IPO（首次公开募股）的if椰子水，这家公司仅有5名专职研发人员，以轻资产的方式撬动了超10亿元的年收入，if椰子水其代工与物流运输均依赖第三方外部供应商，前五大客户的分销也占据其业务97%以上比重。
IMCOCO联合创始人翁翔坚表示，目前IMCOCO已经实现了从椰子种植园产地、代加工工厂再到零售业务的全产业链布局，“我们是第一个把椰子水从田间到柜台，整套供应链完整布局的公司，也是国内在泰国设立的唯一万吨级椰子水生产基地”。
