第三轮第四批中央生态环境保护督察全面启动 | 宁夏、山西、陕西、内蒙古产区在内

为全面贯彻党的二十大和二十届二中、三中全会精神，深入贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想和习近平总书记重要指示批示精神，根据《生态环境保护督察工作条例》，经党中央、国务院批准，第三轮第四批中央生态环境保护督察全面启动。组建8个中央生态环境保护督察组（以下简称督察组），分别对山西、内蒙古、山东、陕西、宁夏5省（区）开展督察，统筹开展黄河流域督察和省域督察，同时对中国华能集团有限公司、中国大唐集团有限公司、国家电力投资集团有限公司3家中央企业开展督察，进驻时间约1个月。具体如下：
第一组：山西省，组长蔡名照、副组长董保同；
第二组：内蒙古自治区，组长姚增科、副组长翟青；
第三组：山东省，组长鄂竟平、副组长郭芳；
第四组：陕西省，组长黄明、副组长于会文；
第五组：宁夏回族自治区，组长王荣、副组长李高；
第六组：中国华能集团有限公司，组长许又声、副组长赵英民；
第七组：中国大唐集团有限公司，组长付志方、副组长任京东；
第八组：国家电力投资集团有限公司，组长张轩、副组长张雪樵。
这是《生态环境保护督察工作条例》发布实施后的第一批督察。督察组深刻领悟“两个确立”的决定性意义，增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，紧紧围绕经济社会发展大局，坚持稳中求进工作总基调，坚持以人民为中心，坚持问题导向和严的基调，坚持精准科学依法，突出重点、较真碰硬，有序有效推进督察工作。深入贯彻落实中央八项规定及其实施细则精神，坚决落实党中央整治形式主义为基层减负有关要求，切实提升督察效能。进驻期间，各督察组分别设立联系电话和邮政信箱，受理被督察对象生态环境保护方面的来信来电举报。
