唐山路北区开展VOCs治理专项帮扶行动

近期，唐山市生态环境局路北区分局开展VOCs治理专项帮扶行动，进一步规范企业VOCs排放管理，助力企业提升环保管理水平。送政策强引导，精准宣贯助落实。路北区分局组织业务骨干深入企业开展“点对点”政策上门服务。通过现场解读VOCs排放标准等法律政策文件，系统讲解当前VOCs治理的最新法规要求及技术规范，确保政策传达无死角、落实有回音。精准把脉强整改，技术帮扶见实效。采取“现场诊断+技术指导”的方式，路北区分局组织骨干力量深入企业生产一线，全面排查VOCs治理设施运行情况。检查发现部分企业存在活性炭吸附效率降低、过滤棉超期使用、喷淋系统覆盖不全、吸附参数设置不合理以及活性炭箱体密封性不足等5大类典型问题。针对不同问题类型，提出针对性整改建议，量身定制“一企一策”整改方案，明确整改时限，建立问题整改台账，适时开展“回头看”确保整改成效。贴心服务促提升，培育环保“明白人”。路北区分局打造“环保管家”特色服务模式，以“管家式”贴心服务破解企业治污难题。深入企业开展“把脉问诊”式调研，系统梳理环保隐患，既查“看得见”的显性问题，更找“藏得深”的管理漏洞。自活动以来，共检查企业27家次，发现并整改问题37个，切实培养了企业环保管理“明白人”，提高了企业环境管理水平。
