2025年1月9日，中央生态环境保护督察组向被督察企业反馈督察意见，在督察意见中提出了应急预案相关问题，意见指出“一些企业环境应急预案未对应急处置能力进行评估，未按应急预案要求配备应急抢险物资。”根据《突发环境事件应急管理办法》的要求，企业事业单位应当储备必要的环境应急装备和物资，并建立完善相关管理制度。因此，按规定配备应急物资属于企业履行突发环境事件管理的一项义务。未按规定储备必要的环境应急装备和物资的，可以处1-3万元的罚款。常见的环境应急物资包括：个人防护物资（防尘口罩、过滤式防毒面具、防腐蚀液护目镜、防化学品手套、防酸碱鞋等）、围堵物资（沙包沙袋、堵漏胶、围油栏等）、处理处置物资（吸油毡、储油容器、治油剂、活性炭、水泥、沥青、灭火器等）、其他类物资（小型密封容器等）。建议企业检查自己的突发环境事件应急预案，是否对应急处置能力进行评估，是否按照预案要求陪陪应急物资，以免因不当管理造成损失。
