根据《关于深入开展涉VOCs治理重点工作核查的通知》等相关文件要求，重点围绕涉活性碳处理设施设计风量、气体流速、活性炭质量及填充量等方面进行现场详细核查。帮扶人员通过现场采样检测、资料核验等方式，系统核查了废气处理设施运行参数、活性炭采购质检报告、更换记录等关键信息。
同时，重点检查了企业更换的废活性炭是否按照危险废物全流程管理；存在脱附再生工艺的，脱附废气是否严格按规定收集处理，严防脱附废气“短路”排放。帮扶小组针对发现的问题，列出问题清单，要求企业开展自查自纠，制定整改方案，确保高标准、高质量按期完成相关问题整改。下一步保税区安环局将进一步加强对辖区内涉活性炭废气处理设施企业的帮扶，通过“活性炭饱和度云诊断”、“码上换”建立活性炭设施长效监管机制，指导企业规范活性炭废气治理设施的运行和管理，保障园区大气环境质量持续改善。
