”以创新为翼、“跃”出新天地。5月20日，走进位于大同市云冈区口泉乡的光华活性炭有限责任公司，煤质破碎活性炭生产线及破碎筛分包装车间内，机械轰鸣，工人在各自岗位上有序地忙碌着，随着自动化、智能化设备的广泛应用，既减轻了员工的工作量和劳动强度，产品质量和生产效率也有所提升。
据了解，光华活性炭是大同市最早的活性炭生产企业，也是目前国内为数不多的能够同时生产脱硫脱硝活性焦、压块活性炭和原煤破碎炭产品的厂家。近年来，该公司陆续开展的技术改造、厂内窑炉的废气提标排放改造、活化炉自动化上料卸料改造及工厂形象改造，成功实现了传统企业向现代化自动化企业的转变。
“以前干活又累又脏，现在自动化、智能化设备一来，劳动强度小了，环境也干净多了，产量还比以前高。”在光华活性炭工作多年的老工人柴玉珣师傅深有感触地说：“就拿这新改造的输送带来讲，以前物料露天传送，灰尘特别大，现在改成密闭式的，我们工作起来舒服多了。而且新设备操作简单，效率还高，我们跟着企业一起进步，心里也踏实。”
该公司负责人骆凤山表示：“自动化、智能化设备是企业发展的关键一步，产能有了显著提高，产品质量也更加稳定可靠，这让我们在市场竞争中更具优势。我们将技术创新上继续发力，探索更多提升生产效益和产品质量的方法。”目前，该企业生产的脱硫脱硝活性炭、压块活性炭、原煤破碎炭三个品种的活性炭产品已成功销往安徽、江苏、浙江等地及美国、韩国、日本等国外市场。
