贵港：港南区27家木材加工企业被集体约谈 严重违法者将面临停产整治

6月13日，贵港市在城区召开港南区木材加工企业环境污染整治集体约谈会，港南区27家企业负责人被严肃约谈。自治区大气污染防治攻坚第八监督帮扶组组长黄凤美、贵港市生态环境局党组成员、总工程师林冀夫及港南区政府和相关部门负责人出席会议。
会议通报了近期检查发现的突出问题：指出港南区的27家企业普遍存在环保设施闲置或故障问题，热压废气治理设施未运行、UV设备停机、活性炭长期不更换等现象频发。多家企业违规燃用边角废料，锅炉频繁排放明显黑烟。黄凤美提出四点建议：一是企业是污染防治工作主体，要履行主体责任；二是环保部门要强化执法监管；三是行业协会要加强业务培训；四是举一反三和自查自纠。会上，剑鑫木业、云创新材料、业盛木业等三家企业逐一进行表态发言，作出整改承诺。林冀夫指出：对可立行立改问题必须即刻整改；对无法确保达标排放的工段或企业，立即实施停产整治；5个工作日内提交详实整改方案，明确措施、时限与责任人；整改后需主动报告并接受核查。林冀夫强调，对虚假整改、逾期未完成或整改后仍不达标的企业，将依法依规处罚；对涉嫌环境犯罪的，坚决移送司法机关追究刑事责任。“任何侥幸心理只会付出更沉重代价。”会议要求被约谈企业深刻警醒，切实扛起污染防治主体责任，以壮士断腕的决心完成整改，共同守护绿水青山，迈向绿色可持续发展之路。
