近日，绿发公司铜陵摩力孚项目开工仪式在铜陵市枞阳县经济开发区隆重举行。业主、监理、施工及分包单位代表齐聚现场，共同启动烟花与鞭炮，细雨中红绸飞扬，寓意项目“开门红”。为这一重点工程按下“启动键”。
该项目位于铜陵市枞阳县经济开发区新楼园区，占地72亩，建设内容包含1.5万吨/年活性炭再生利用装置、3.6万吨/年危险废物焚烧处置装置（含医疗废物3000吨/ 年）、1万吨/年钢桶、塑料桶及吨桶再生单元、5000吨/年吨袋编织袋塑料沾染物破碎清洗单元、5000吨/年塑料造粒单元、2万吨/年废油收储运、3万吨/年铅酸电池收储运及给排水及消防工程、污水处理设施、总图运输工程等。
中标以来，绿发公司积极开展项目筹备工作，组建项目管理团队，明确岗位职责，精心编制各类施工计划和风险预案，利用智慧工地、环境检测系统等数字化工具，并积极主动同业主与设计方对接沟通，明确各项施工内容和目标，用最短的时间完成了施工前置工作。
项目部将以高质量、高要求推进项目建设，以“系统化思维+数字化工具+人性化管理”为核心，目标分解、风险预控、技术赋能、多方协同四大支柱，闭环每个细节的管理，实现安全、质量、进度的全面管控。
