6月26日晚间，湖北宜化(000422)公告，公司将全资子公司湖北宜化肥业有限公司的66万吨/年磷酸二铵产能置换至宜昌市姚家港化工园田家河片区，以全资子公司湖北宜化磷化工有限公司为实施主体，建设年产20万吨精制磷酸、65万吨磷铵项目（简称“磷化工项目”）。
截至公告披露日，磷化工项目已建成220万吨/年磷矿选矿装置、2×60万吨/年硫磺制酸装置、40万吨/年湿法磷酸装置、30万吨/年磷酸二铵装置、30万吨/年粉状磷酸一铵装置、10万吨/年氨酸复合肥装置、20万吨/年硫基复合肥装置、10万吨/年高档阻燃剂装置及相关配套设施，经相关主管部门审核后，于近期安全顺利投产，磷酸二铵、粉状磷酸一铵、氨酸复合肥、硫基复合肥、高档阻燃剂等产品已满负荷生产。
谈及对公司的影响，湖北宜化表示，公司推进磷化工产业转型升级，促进磷矿资源梯级利用，在充分利用磷铵原有产能指标基础上，实现传统磷铵产品向高端化、精细化、高附加值方向延伸，有助于扩大磷化工产品规模，调整磷化工产品结构，完善磷化工产业布局，进一步提升公司盈利水平与市场竞争力。
不过，该公司亦提示风险称，公司根据市场需求释放供给能力，同时由于原材料、主要产品价格随市场供需变化而波动，可能导致项目经济效益不达预期。
官网显示，湖北宜化是我国第一家氮肥类上市公司，为国内化肥龙头企业，被誉为“中国氮肥第一股”。公司控股股东为湖北宜化集团有限责任公司，实际控制人为宜昌市国资委。
公司产品主要包括尿素216万吨/年、磷酸二铵126万吨/年、聚氯乙烯90万吨/年（配套电石105万吨/年）、烧碱94万吨/年、合成氨46万吨/年、煤炭3000万吨/年、8万吨三聚氰胺、季戊四醇6万吨/年、TMP2万吨/年、TPO0.1万吨/年、氟化铝2万吨/年等。
经营业绩方面，2024年，湖北宜化实现营业收入169.64亿元，同比微降0.48%；归母净利润6.53亿元，同比大增44.32%。2025年一季度，公司实现营业收入39.46亿元，同比下降6.29%；归母净利润3401万元，同比下降75.14%。
值得一提的是，6月13日晚间，湖北宜化公告，公司全资子公司内蒙宜化拟通过公开挂牌方式，转让所持有的内蒙古鄂尔多斯联海煤业有限公司（简称“联海煤业”）1.718%股权，挂牌底价2.22亿元。此次交易完成后，内蒙宜化将不再持有联海煤业股权。此次交易有利于公司聚焦主业，优化资源配置。
