根据《中华人民共和国环境影响评价法》、《建设项目环境保护管理条例》及《环境影响评价公众参与办法》有关规定，现就建设项目基本情况向公众发布现场公告，听取社会各界对项目环境保护工作的意见和建议。公告内容如下：
一、项目概况
1）项目名称：根河森工公司生物质颗粒燃料与活性炭气化联动项目；
2）建设性质：新建；
3）建设地点：呼伦贝尔市根河市中央路根河森工公司贮木场院内；
4）项目概况：总投资4959.98万元，于根河森工公司贮木场院内西侧中部区域建设“根河森工公司生物质颗粒燃料与活性炭气化联动项目”，实现年产5万吨生物质颗粒的生产能力。
