首创集团等拟收购苏伊士在华全部水务资产！

据香港《经济通通讯社》消息，有知情人士称，多家中国国有企业正在竞买苏伊士位于中国的水务基础设施资产，包括中国建筑、首创集团和广东粤海控股等。消息称，该部分资产潜在估值可能超过20亿美金，目前三家企业已经进入相关资产竞买的第二轮竞标名单中，并且未来可能还会有新的买家参与竞标。
报道称，贝莱德支持的苏伊士公司正在与汇丰一道评估在华业务的各种选项，该竞标仍存变数，苏伊士也可能决定保留这些资产或者寻求其他整合中国业务的方式。
不过截止目前，中国建筑、首创集团和广东粤海控股均未回应相关置评请求，苏伊士方面也拒绝发表评论。
作为最早进入中国市场的外资企业之一，苏伊士于1975年通过原“得利满”进入中国市场，率先从基础设施建设着手布局中国业务；1985年，苏伊士旗下澳门自来水成立；2002年，苏伊士在中国签订第一个工业园区工业水处理项目，2003年开展了危废处理项目；自2002年到2008年间，苏伊士先后获得了重庆、三亚、塘沽、常熟等地项目，实现了从单一项目合作到全方位战略合作的跨越，从而奠定了在中国水务市场的外资“龙头”地位；2015年到2017年，苏伊士完成其在中国市场的品牌整合，之后通过苏伊士新创建不断开拓中国市场；2019年苏伊士宣布“苏伊士2030”战略发展规划。
2022年，随着苏伊士与威立雅两家法国环保企业的并购案尘埃落定。法国两家环保公司分别从“法大强”和“法强大”，经过整合，形成了“法强”和“法大”，苏伊士就是法强，虽然经历了一部分业务调整，但专业实力逐渐变强。苏伊士现由实力雄厚、信誉优良的投资机构组成的联合体持有，分别是Meridiam（持股40%）、GIP（持股40%）和法国存托银行集团(CDG) 组成的股东联合体（持股20%）。
在“2024水业战略论坛”上，苏伊士亚洲高级副总裁孙明华曾表示，自进入中国环保市场以来，苏伊士已建造了400余座水厂和污水处理厂，并且已经连续22年作为唯一一家外资企业入选了“中国水业十大影响力企业”。
苏伊士在华多年的业务布局和研发资源，可能是吸引中国企业竞标的重要因素。后续竞标结果及苏伊士资产处置的具体方式，将对中国水务市场格局产生一定影响，相关动态我们也将持续关注。
