为深入贯彻落实《重点行业领域低效失效治理设施排查整治工作推进会》会议精神，有效应对夏季臭氧污染，德阳市什邡市生态环境局近期全面开展涉VOCs企业活性炭吸附装置专项治理行动。

7月3日，什邡生态环境局总工程师李杨主持召开工业企业排查整治专项行动推进会，组织辖区内60余家重点涉气企业参会，要求企业全面开展自查自纠；
02向企业宣传VOCs治理重要性，明确活性炭更换标准：颗粒活性炭碘值≥800mg/g，蜂窝活性炭碘值≥650mg/g，活性棉比表面积≥1100m2/g（BET法）15；活性炭更换周期一般不超过累计运行500小时或6个月；
03要求企业备妥所购活性炭的碘值、比表面积等厂家证明材料，规范处置废活性炭，并建立完善的运维记录台账。
目前，全市涉VOCs企业已基本完成本年度夏季活性炭更换工作。下一步，什邡生态环境局将结合“智慧监管”模式，通过专项检查与帮扶指导相结合的方式，持续强化VOCs治理设施运行监管，为打赢蓝天保卫战提供坚实保障。
