崭新的厂房巍然矗立，宽敞的路面干净整洁，两旁绿植错落有致……近日，嘉峪关市煤焦油碳基材料综合利用项目在嘉峪关大友嘉能精碳科技股份有限公司竣工试运行。
走进生产车间，两条新建的炭黑生产线有序运转，经过一道道复杂而精密的工序，煤焦油神奇地“变身”为高品质碳基新材料。
“该项目是嘉峪关市重点工程，总投资3.19亿元，主要建设了两条年产4万吨和2万吨的高品质炭黑生产线，以及配套的15兆瓦高温高压尾气发电机组。”大友嘉能精碳公司董事长于建红介绍。
在车间生产智慧管理中心，巨大的电子屏幕上跳动着实时数据，厂区总览、生产管控、安全环保、能源管控、设备管理、产品研发等各类指标一目了然，工作人员坐在操作台前通过智能化系统对整个生产流程进行监控与调度。这个“智慧大脑”借助信息技术，实现了生产过程的智能化管理。
嘉峪关市煤焦油碳基材料综合利用项目深度融合人工智能、物联网和大数据分析等技术，打造了覆盖全厂的智慧化安全预警系统和MES智能化管理平台。通过AI视觉检测技术，实现了高风险区域自动巡检和全流程数据采集，提升了生产效率和本质化安全水平。
生产现场，15兆瓦尾气发电机组正在满负荷运行。该发电系统采用空冷技术替代传统水冷机组，年可节水50万吨，减少二氧化碳排放约4.27万吨，发电效率提升15%以上。
作为高端化、智能化、绿色化项目，嘉峪关市煤焦油碳基材料综合利用项目选用国内先进的设备设施及成熟工艺路线，搭配智能化控制系统和自动化装备，使炭黑产品综合能耗达到国内先进水平。在环保方面，高标准的环保设施确保污染物的超低排放，构建起了嘉峪关本地及其周边地区较为完整的“煤焦油无害化深加工—炭黑—余气余热回收发电”循环经济产业链，实现了经济发展与环境保护的和谐共生。
“项目的生产原料来源于酒钢集团危险废物煤焦油，现有一、二期项目煤焦油年利用能力达9万吨。”于建红介绍，项目生产出的炭黑产品定位为中高端碳基新材料，将填补甘肃子午线轮胎、航空用轮胎专用材料的空白，提升甘肃在高端炭黑领域的话语权。（白艳华 王舒琪）
