全市中央生态环境保护督察复盘总结大会召开

7月8日下午，全市中央生态环境保护督察复盘总结大会召开，市委书记李勇刚主持会议并讲话，陈钢、霍振忠等市领导出席会议。
会议通报了我市第三轮中央环保督察有关情况，对中央环保督察反馈我市问题进行全面复盘，指出要深入贯彻习近平生态文明思想和习近平总书记重要指示批示精神，认真落实中央、省、烟台关于生态环保的各项部署要求，严肃认真抓好问题整改，举一反三扎实做好生态环保各项工作。
会议强调，要提高政治站位，进一步强化政治责任和政治担当，始终保持思想不松、标准不降、力度不减，坚决做到思想认识到位。要强化标本兼治，盯紧抓牢溴素行业专项整治，从严抓好本轮环保督察交办问题整改，一体推进历次环保督察问题整改，坚决做到问题整改到位。要坚持举一反三，全面打好蓝天、碧水、净土保卫战，扎实开展莱州湾专项整治提升行动，全力抓好“散乱污”企业排查取缔，坚决做到排查整治到位。要突出严实要求，抓实日常监管，加大执法力度，拓宽监督渠道，坚决做到执法监管到位。要狠抓责任落实，压实行业部门、属地镇街、企业等各方责任，坚决做到履职尽责到位。要注重常态长效，加强执法队伍建设，强化纪律规矩意识，健全完善长效机制，坚决做到作风转变到位。
会议指出，生态文明建设功在当代、利在千秋，环保督察问题整改任务艰巨、责任重大。全市上下要深入贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想，坚定扛牢生态环境保护政治责任，以更严标准、更大力度、更实举措，全力推动生态环境质量持续改善，为全市经济社会高质量发展提供坚强保障。
