据“中国广核集团”官微发文，由防城港核电与中广核苏州院联合自主研发的定制化碘吸附器活性炭更换装置，近日在防城港核电F401大修现场成功实现首次投用。
据介绍，这款定制装置实现了全方位升级，采用多模块设计，能轻松穿梭在复杂空间，适配多种型号碘吸附器。
同时，双重气路和多级过滤系统像给设备穿上“防尘铠甲”，有效杜绝漏灰风险，降低作业安全风险；智能气路技术将单桶卸载时间从原来的18分钟缩短至2.5分钟。
尤为关键的是，该装置成功攻克了“碳桶不倒置正负压同步送炭”这一行业技术难题。其颠覆性的作业效率与安全性，不仅刷新了行业认知，被喻为核电设备的“极速换芯快手”，更大幅降低了整体作业风险，标志着我国在核电运维关键装备自主化与智能化方面取得重要突破。
