7月7日，准东经济技术开发区作出对新疆捷诚炭业有限公司气化煤粉灰综合利用生产活性炭项目环境影响报告受理情况的公示。
新疆捷诚炭业有限公司以新疆准东经济技术开发区煤炭产业链综合利用煤炭生产加工过程中产生的尾料气化煤粉灰为主要原料，通过加工生产高品质活性炭，提高煤粉灰的综合利用率。
项目主要建设内容为：新建生产厂房3栋，总建筑面积为5677.41m2，仓库16栋，总建筑面积为23742.63m2，生产辅助用房1栋，建筑面积为630m2，办公研发及生活用房3栋8167.50m2，总建筑面积约4万m2。共建5条活性炭研磨除杂改性生产线，3条活性炭精加工生产线。项目分两期建设，一期工程主要建设：建筑物及配套基础建设、5条研磨除杂改性生产线（产能6万t/a，下文简称“普通活性炭”）、1条活性炭精加工生产线（产能1万t/a，下文简称“高品质活性炭”）；二期工程主要建设2条活性炭精加工生产线（产能2万t/a）。
