庐江县：开展工业企业环境问题百日攻坚专项行动

为深入贯彻党中央、国务院关于污染防治攻坚战的决策部署，全面落实市局相关治理要求，庐江县生态环境分局于近期在全县范围内开展工业企业环境问题百日攻坚专项行动。专项行动覆盖48家工业企业，聚焦涉气环境监管重点单位和涉VOCs年排放量超3吨企业，以“全链条监管+严格执法+闭环式整改”模式，加快推进工业绿色低碳转型，全力冲刺“十四五”大气污染防治收官之战。

锚定大气治理目标
行动聚焦持续改善区域大气环境质量，以“全覆盖、零死角”为目标，精准锁定涉气重点企业，全面核查污染管控各环节合规性，严格对照《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》《排污许可管理条例》等相关法律法规要求，推动企业落实环保主体责任，从源头遏制污染物排放。
聚焦两大检查重点
织密生态监管网络
攻坚行动划定“污染管控全链条核查”与“活性炭更换细节复核”双主线，一方面严查废气收集效率、治污设施运行、在线监测运维等关键环节；另一方面对前期活性炭更换情况开展“回头看”，现场查验活性炭的填充情况、活性炭箱的密封性等细节，杜绝治污设施“形同虚设”问题，织密生态监管网络。
强化执法整改闭环
压实企业主体责任
做到辖区企业全覆盖检查，截至目前，已对12家企业开展检查，发现问题16个，均当场责令立行立改，同步建立问题台账，形成“排查—整改—跟踪”闭环管理。以“精准执法+全面服务”，引导企业压实环保主体责任，推动生态环境质量与经济发展质效协同提升。
