项目名称：生物质加工利用及3万吨/年炭素资源化利用项目（一期）
建设性质：新建
建设单位：航天国华炭素（湖州）有限公司
建设地点：长兴县经济技术开发区城南工业功能区
建设规模：项目总占地约42.78亩，一期规划建设生物质活性炭3000吨/年，处置废活性炭10000吨/年；二期规划建设生物质活性炭6000吨/年，生物质炭化料3000吨/年，处置废活性炭20000吨/年。因远期市场和产品工艺技术方案的不确定性因素叠加，本次环评只针对一期建设内容进行，二期建设内容不作评价。
竹质活性炭车间：烘干+一次炭化废气、二次炭化+活化废气分别经布袋除尘后合并再经碱液喷淋处理，通过20m高排气筒排放。
磨粉+成型+烘干废气经布袋除尘+活性炭吸附（少量车间实验挥发废气也接入）处理，通过25m高排气筒排放。
筛分废气经布袋除尘（少量车间实验含尘废气也接入）处理，通过25m高排气筒排放。
废活性炭再生车间：进料、活化废气经再燃室燃烧+SNCR脱硝+干法脱酸+布袋除尘+二级碱液喷淋处理，通过35m高排气筒排放。
筛分废气经布袋除尘处理，通过25m高排气筒排放。
一次性建设一般固废暂存库（40m2）1个，位于生物质原料及成品仓库；建设危废暂存库（即废活性炭仓库）1座（4层，每层约991m2）。
