安徽鑫搏新材料科技有限公位于五河县小溪镇，项目占地约24亩，项目新建一栋5000平方米厂房、一栋1000平方米办公楼等建筑物，新建一栋8000平方米厂房，购置挤压成型机磨粉机、秸秆粉碎机、环保系统等设备10余套，年再生利用废活性炭2万吨(来源于自来水厂和食品厂等)及生产生物质颗粒1.6万吨。
主体工程：
生产厂房1#建设生物质原料粉碎机、干燥机、生物质颗粒成型机、生物质热风炉等生产设备，建筑面积1400平方米，实现年产16000吨生物质颗粒的生产能力
生产厂房2#建设颗粒状活性炭干燥机、粉状活性炭闪蒸干燥机、活性炭再生炉、雷蒙磨、冷却机等生产设备，建筑面积2300平方米，实现年处理20000吨废活性炭的生产能力
废气治理
颗粒状活性炭再生生产装置：
颗粒状活性炭再生过程产生三种废气：①生物质成型燃料燃烧废气、②废活性炭烘干废气、③废活性炭再生废气，三种废气共同经“布袋除尘器+二级碱喷淋”处理后排放：
1、生物质成型燃料燃烧废气经“布袋除尘器+二级碱喷淋”处理后通过1根15m高的排气筒(DA001)排放；
2、烘干废气：经“冷凝”后与生物质燃料燃烧废气一同经“布袋除尘器+二级碱喷淋”处理后通过1根15m高的排气筒(DA001)排放；
3、再生废气：再生废气经余热回收利用后通入生物质热风炉进行二次燃烧，燃烧废气与生物质成型燃料燃烧废气、烘干废气一同经“布袋除尘器+二级碱喷淋”后通过1根15m高的排气筒(DA001)排放；
粉状活性炭再生生产装置
粉末状活性炭再生过程产生①生物质成型燃料燃烧废气、②废活性炭烘干废气、③废活性炭再生废气，三种废气共同经“布袋除尘器+二级碱喷淋”处理后排放：
1、生物质成型燃料燃烧废气经“布袋除尘器+二级碱喷淋”处理后通过1根15m高的排气筒(DA002)排放；
2、烘干废气：经“二级旋风收尘+冷凝”后与生物质燃料燃烧废气一同经“布袋除尘器+二级碱喷淋”处理后通过1根15m高的排气筒(DA002)排放；
3、再生废气：经“夹套冷却+旋风除尘”利用后通入生物质热风炉进行二次燃烧，燃烧废气与生物质成型燃料燃烧废气、烘干废气一同经“布袋除尘器+二级碱喷淋”后通过1根15m高的排气筒(DA002)排放
