河北新河县拟建3000吨/年废活性炭再生项目
项目名称：新河县博源环保科技有限公司年加工3000吨再生活性炭项目
建设单位：新河县博源环保科技有限公司
建设地点：河北省邢台市新河县滨河路以南、利新街南延西侧
建设内容：主要建设规模及内容：租赁车间、办公室及附属设施，总建筑面积3150平方米，购置活性炭再生处理生产线1条，包括烘干炉，沸腾活化炉，输送机等设备，回收废活性炭进行加工销售。工艺流程：废活性炭-烘干-冷却-储料仓-高温活化-冷却-出料-成品。项目建成后年加工3000吨废旧活性炭。
产品满足《废活性炭热处理再生技术规范》（T/ZGZS 0308-2023）一级品要求，用于污水处理工程中废水深度处理使用。
本项目收购的活性炭均为一般固体废物，无危险废物。主要来自精晶药业股份有限公司等氨基酸厂脱色工序产生的废活性炭；糖精钠厂的脱色工序产生的废活性炭；对每批次入厂废物进行检测，拒绝接收不符合废活性炭入厂接收标准的废活性炭，从源头上控制。
